Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods

Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment

Develop and monitor key performance indicators to optimise warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement

Coordinate with production, sales and procurement teams to align inventory levels with customer demand

Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of productivity, safety and customer service

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Prepare detailed reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control techniques and supply chain operations
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
