About the Job
In this position, you will take responsibility for leading the Warehouse and Logistics department. You will oversee and optimize all warehouse activities and logistics operations in a start-up environment, ensuring seamless distribution, operational efficiency and exceptional service levels.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end establishment of warehouse processes, layout, systems, and workflows in a newly formed entity, creating the foundation for scalable operations.
- Take full ownership of inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring seamless distribution across Southeast Asia while developing efficient, cost-effective solutions.
- Create and implement warehouse SOPs, inventory controls, and compliance structures (GDP, HSE) with minimal guidance, ensuring the operation meets industry standards from day one.
- Identify gaps, introduce best practices, and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-changing environment.
- Build and maintain relationship with carriers, freight forwarders and suppliers, developing a reliable and cost-effective logistics network that scales with the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent field
- Min 5-8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within life science, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries.
- Good knowledge of GDP, warehouse safety standards, and regulatory requirements for controlled/lab products
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems and data-driven operational management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paces, dynamic, and growing environment.
