Job description
Warehouse & Logistic Senior Executive / Manager

We are looking for a reliable senior executive/manager of warehouse and logistics to lead a warehouse covering product logistics functions, with a team size of about 30 team members. This person should be able to strategically plan, set-up and manage logistics, warehousing operations such as inbound & outbound, and inventory management as to improve business development and its sustainability, as well as customer satisfaction.

  • Direct, optimize and coordinate the entire order cycle to ensure timely delivery to internal and external customers
  • Make sure that the goods received are in good condition, check that they meet the order specifications and check for any defects
  • Develop and recommend improvements to warehouse operations for efficiency and execution excellence
  • Prepare and generate analysis reports on inventory operations, stock level, discrepancies and etc. for management review
  • Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability
  • Supervise, direct and train warehouse staff
  • Emphasize workplace safety precautions and employee safety compliance, as well as hygiene in workplace
  • Set up and manage KPI performance for direct reporting
  • Inspect equipment, tools and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
  • Ensure all warehouse staff adhere to all policies & procedures of the Company while performing work assignments
  • Resolve with other departments for any daily operations issues or complaints
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the CEO
  • Preferably with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, warehouse Management or similar discipline
  • Minimum with 5+ years of experience in managing multiple warehouses, both on-site and off-site, and logistics operation
  • Proficient in ERP/ SAP software (Warehouse Management System)
  • Strong in leadership with good planning, organizing and communication skills
  • Hands on experience in managing medium size warehouses
  • Added advantage to those with 5S and LEAN knowledge
