Job summary

inTEST SE Asia Sdn. Bhd., part of inTEST Corporation, is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Executive (Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics) in Batu Kawan, Penang.

The role focuses on warehouse operations, inventory control, stock accuracy, freight coordination, customs clearance, and LMW compliance to support manufacturing.

You will handle goods receiving, cycle counts, ERP transactions, shipment coordination, procurement support, and work with Planning and Production to avoid material shortages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations, inventory control or logistics in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with goods receiving, stock control and cycle counts.
• Experience using ERP systems for inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receiving, storage, labeling and traceability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP transactions; conduct cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with freight forwarders and handle shipping documentation.
• Support material availability for production; assist in material picking, staging and kitting.
• Create purchase orders and follow up supplier lead times to avoid delays.
