Job summary

A logistics provider in Sabah is seeking a candidate to lead their operation processes during the start-up phase. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining inventory standards. Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain are preferred. The ideal applicant should possess strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. This position requires shift work, based in Telupid, Sabah.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Sabah based on state law.
• 3–5 years experience in Logistics / Supply Chain.
• Ability to work shifts on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish operation processes during start-up.
• Track and monitor on-time shipment delivery.
• Manage and hire staff/subcontractors/part-time drivers.
