Summary Job Description

To assist in the smooth running of the warehouse operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsible for order processing which includes managing forwarding agents, shipping lines and transportation
• Processing of Purchase Order (PO) in accordance to required dispatch/shipping dates
• Generate Delivery Order (DO) and Invoice for delivery
• External communication with customers and their supply chain team to ensure timely clearance and delivering of shipment
• Supervise and arrange the jobs of storekeeper related to inventory management
• Stock Management-Sort, Organise goods in proper location
• Report damage and missing goods to Supervisor / Warehouse Manager
• Keep warehouse neat and clean at all time
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, if it is required
• Handle delicate and sensitive products with utmost care.
• Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.
• Integrate best practices in handling warehouse materials.
• Operates all office equipment including fax, copier, and computer as and when needed
• Comply to all SOP, Policy & Procedures and Memos by the management.
