TransPak is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics professional in Malaysia to oversee daily warehouse, inventory and logistics operations. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, ensure accuracy, and drive continuous improvement for efficient, timely operations.

You will lead the warehouse/logistics team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Forklift certification is required.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics and customs requirements.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS systems; Sage experience is an advantage.
• Valid forklift/reach truck certification with hands-on experience.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations using Sage/WMS; manage receiving, storage, FIFO picking, packing and shipment.
• Ensure receiving accuracy, stock control, inventory ageing and timely reconciliation of variances.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, freight, carriers and 3PL providers for on-time delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents; ensure compliance with customs, regulatory and customer requirements.
• Lead monthly cycle counts; maintain 5S, safety, ISO and RBA standards.
• Supervise and train the warehouse/logistics team; support operational troubleshooting and customer escalations.
• Operate forklift/reach truck when required.

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics professional to oversee daily warehouse, inventory and logistics operations. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, smooth inbound and outbound shipments, and compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.

The successful candidate will also lead the warehouse/logistics team, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support continuous improvement to achieve efficient and timely operations

Key Responsibilities
