Job summary

A leading logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a warehouse operations assistant to manage daily administrative tasks, prepare reports, and coordinate the movement of goods. The ideal candidate should have a minimum SPM with at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, familiarity with WMS and SAP, and strong communication skills in English and Malay. This is a pivotal role in supporting efficient warehouse management operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with 2 years of working experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• Familiar with WMS / SAP.
• Computer literacy, with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist operation in daily administrative activities of warehouse operations.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities.
• Coordinating the movement and distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including documentation and processing, and liaising with installer.
• Managing all incoming and outgoing warehouse documentation, such as delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues.
• Analyse operation performance and propose the solution for process improvement.
• Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
• Ensure proper follow-up with all the outstanding issues.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Minimum SPM with 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations environment.
• Familiar with WMS / SAP
• Good communication skills in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
• Computer literacy, with ability to use Microsoft Office.
