To assist in the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately, ensuring smooth flow of inventory and maintaining a safe, clean working environment.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Management
  Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods against purchase orders or delivery notes.
  Ensure accurate stock labeling and proper placement within warehouse racks or storage areas.
  Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
  Report stock discrepancies or damaged items to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly.
• Order Processing & Packing
  Pick, pack, and prepare goods based on delivery orders, invoices, or retailer allocations.
  Ensure accuracy in quantity, SKU, and product condition before dispatch.
  Assist in kitting, bundling, and promotional packaging (e.g., PR packs, novelty sets, campaign bundles).
  Label and document outgoing shipments accurately.
• Delivery & Dispatch Coordination
  Work with the logistics team and courier partners for outbound shipments.
  Load and unload goods safely from trucks, containers, or vans.
  Support ad-hoc delivery or collection when required.
• Warehouse Maintenance & Safety
  Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse area.
  Operate handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely and responsibly.
  Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment faults.
• Documentation & Reporting
  Assist in preparing delivery orders, packing lists, and stock movement records.
  Update physical and system inventory records accurately and promptly.
  Support monthly reporting and stock audits.
