About the Role

What you will be doing
  • Promote and professionally sell a wide range of retail banking products (wealth, deposits & financing products)
  • Identify customer needs and provide professional financial advice.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Develop and execute proactive sales plans, perform account openings, cross-selling, and up‑selling to strengthen customer relationships and encourage referrals
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads.
What we’re looking for
  • A Degree or Diploma holder.
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably with sales banking products
  • Possess with CUTE & Banca/Takaful license and any other relevant licenses required for the portfolio
  • A pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • Must be sales and result oriented.
