Job summary

Deliver top quality and friendly customer service·

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standards·

Input orders into the POS and process payments accordingly·

Handle overall operations and reports to submit·

Attend to customer’s concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues according to the companies’ policy·

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations·

Prepare and serve a range of premium wine, beer & spirits and non-alcoholic beverages·

Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations

Job Requirements
