The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers politely and assist them with seating
  • Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and specials
  • Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
  • Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards
  • Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction
  • Clear tables, reset tables, and maintain dining area cleanliness
  • Handle basic customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Process bills and payments accurately (cash / POS system)
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOPs at all times
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum secondary school education
  • Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage (training can be provided)
