Job description

MFAS Resources is seeking friendly and service‑oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. You will be responsible for providing outstanding dining service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
  • Make menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
  • Communicate order details clearly to kitchen staff.
  • Stay informed about menu changes, promotions, and daily specials.
  • Set and clear tables, maintain cleanliness in the dining and bar areas.
  • Deliver bills, process payments, and ensure accurate POS transactions.
  • Assist in preparing simple beverages.
  • Report to work on time, in full uniform with name tag.
  • Operate and manage the POS system including daily closing reports.
Requirements
  • Education: SPM or equivalent; F&B certification is an advantage.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates encouraged; 1 year in food service is a plus.
  • Language: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Malaysian citizens preferred, or foreign workers with valid permits.
  • Friendly, reliable, and well‑groomed with strong communication skills.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic POS system knowledge is beneficial.
