About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Crew |Waiter at our restaurant located in Klang Valley areas. We’re looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Floor Crew members to join our restaurant team! As part of the front-of-house staff, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring every guest enjoys a great dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks according to service standards.
  • Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organised, and presentable.
  • Assist in setting up the restaurant before service and closing duties after.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer feedback with a positive attitude.
Requirements
  • Experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage (training provided).
  • Friendly personality with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on weekends, shifts, and public holidays.
