In this role, you will ensure smooth equipment setup and operation, contribute to maintaining product quality and yield, and support efficient lot processing to meet customer requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting wafer sort (electrical wafer test) operations to ensure product quality, yield, and efficiency to meet customer requirements
• Setup and maintain testers, probers, probe cards and monitor wafer sort cycle times

Qualification

• Diploma in Mechatronics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience in semiconductor wafer sort/wafer probe with fundamental knowledge of wafer sort & probe process
