Job summary

SUPERSIC (MALAYSIA) Sdn Bhd is offering an internship program in Penang for students in Chemical, Electronic/Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering. The role involves assisting process engineers with wafer fabrication logs, supporting tool commissioning and data collection, and compiling data for process studies.

You will also participate in 5S and cleanroom audits and complete a graduation project focusing on reducing process variation or material waste.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (3rd or final year).
Commit to a continuous internship period of 3 to 6 months.
CGPA of 3.00 and above.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Eager to learn and comfortable working in a cleanroom wearing bunny suit.

Responsibilities

Assist process engineers and technicians in tracking daily wafer fabrication logs, yield data and machine error codes.
Support the engineering team during tool commissioning, parameter data collection and test wafer sampling.
Help compile data for process characterization studies and organize electronic recipe databases.
Participate in 5S and cleanliness audits within critical cleanroom processing zones.
Complete a structured internship graduation project focusing on reducing process variation or material waste.
