UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur invites a VP2 Specialist in Application Monitoring & Dashboard Analytics to lead the design, development and maintenance of enterprise monitoring dashboards, ensuring performance, availability, and governance across critical systems.

You will gather user requirements, optimize queries, support Splunk and Geneos, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement in monitoring coverage and automation with ITIL-aligned practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6-9 years of experience in application support, monitoring, reporting, or related IT operations roles.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, including dashboard creation, search processing language (SPL), alerts, and reporting.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as MQ, Connect Direct, Control M, etc.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools like Geneos, Elastic Search, Grafana, and ITIL processes.
• Strong SQL/query-writing and analytics capabilities.
