Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a seasoned VP of Operations to lead global manufacturing excellence. You will drive strategy, governance, and execution across plants, services, and supply chain, partnering with senior leaders to optimize throughput, cost, and quality.

In this role, you’ll mentor teams, manage P&L, and build strong customer relationships with top clients. A strong background in manufacturing, operations leadership, and digital transformation is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related discipline (MBA preferred).
• Typically requires 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Typically requires at least 7 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and networking abilities to influence outcomes.
• Understand P&L and drive cost optimization across operations.
