Oversee the execution of window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations to optimize customer experience
Collaborate with the buying and marketing teams to ensure visual displays align with product launches and promotional campaigns.
Plan and execute store zoning strategies to enhance product visibility and maximize sales per square foot.
Ensure effective space planning for new and existing stores to maintain a seamless shopping experience.
Conduct store audits and performance analysis to continuously improve merchandising effectiveness.
Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to implement innovative visual concept.
Introduce creative and experiential retail elements to enhance store ambiance and customer engagement
Work with designers and suppliers to source materials and props for visual merchandising displays.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign visuals, signage, and branding materials.
Coordinate with store operations and retail teams to ensure standardized visual merchandising execution across all locations.
Maintain brand identity and consistency across different store formats, including flagship, boutique, and outlet stores.
Analyze the impact of visual merchandising strategies on sales conversion rates and foot traffic.
Implement customer engagement tactics such as interactive displays, styling sessions, and digital integrations
Gather and incorporate customer feedback into visual merchandising improvements
Train and develop in-store visual merchandising teams to ensure effective execution of display standards.
Provide coaching and workshops on visual merchandising techniques and trends
Foster a culture of creativity and excellence within the visual merchandising team.
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Art & Design, Interior Design, or related field.
Professional certifications in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management is a plus.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in fashion retail, visual merchandising, or store design
Proven track record of leading visual merchandising teams and executing large-scale store displays
Experience working with fashion brands, department stores, or lifestyle retailers preferred
