About the role

Generation Two Thousand Apparel Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Visual Merchandising Senior Executive or Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the brand’s visual presentation standards across all retail stores.

This role ensures that the brand identity, product stories, and seasonal themes are effectively communicated through creative and consistent visual displays to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales.

What you'll be doing

• Execute seasonal and promotional displays in line with brand guidelines, styling mannequins, windows, and focal areas to highlight key collections.
• Ensure all visual materials, props, and signage are properly installed and maintained.
• Ensure visual consistency in color coordination, product placement, and accessory usage.
• Monitor and maintain store visual standards, making adjustments as needed.
• Provide feedback and recommendations on store display improvements.
• Support new store openings, renovations, and seasonal floor-set changes.
• Assist in tracking and managing VM inventory (props, mannequins, display tools, etc.)
• Communicate VM directives, floor plans, and styling guidelines clearly to store teams.
• Provide guidance and training to store teams on best visual merchandising practices.

What we're looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related retail role.
• Strong creative and visual skills with eye for layout, color coordination, and product presentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of design software (Illustrator, Photoshop) a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Willing to travel.
