About the role

You will own design deliverables for our content team, producing polished, on‑brand visuals that move quickly from brief to publication. We expect high‑quality, well thought‑out, refined output rather than quantity. The right person already understands visual design fundamentals and advanced Adobe tools, embraces AI to improve quality and speed, and responds constructively to feedback.

We are hiring a mid‑level designer who already understands design principles and Adobe workflows, is enthusiastic about AI, confident with basic video editing, and committed to continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Produce blog‑use ready visuals: hero images, blog featured images, infographics, charts, and mockups.
• Translate briefs into concepts, iterate quickly, and deliver polished final files suitable for web use.
• Own visual execution from compositing and typography to color, hierarchy, and final export.
• Apply best‑practice Photoshop and Illustrator techniques without supervision; prepare layered source files and export‑ready assets.
• Use generative and AI‑assisted design tools to speed ideation and execution, and incorporate AI outputs into professional deliverables.
• Edit short videos and motion assets using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or AI video tools, producing social‑friendly exports and basic animated mockups.
• Manage time and priorities across simultaneous projects, meeting deadlines and communicating tradeoffs early.
• Receive and act on feedback, incorporating direction and demonstrating measurable improvement.

Must‑have skills and experience

• 3–5 years professional experience in visual or marketing design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals: layout, typography, color, composition, retouching and polish.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken): Able to write clear, grammatically correct messages, briefs, and feedback comments for day‑to‑day collaboration.
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills, demonstrable in portfolio pieces including compositing, masking, advanced type treatments and export‑ready artboards.
• Proven experience editing videos, short‑form social clips and animated mockups using CapCut, Premiere Pro or comparable AI‑driven tools.
• Practical experience with generative/AI tools for imagery, compositing and video enhancement and able to integrate AI into a reliable professional workflow.
• Strong sense of craft and attention to detail, delivering work that requires minimal rework.
• Comfortable with critique, accepts direction and iterates quickly; shows a pattern of learning from feedback.
• Good verbal and written communication, able to explain design choices to non‑designers.
• Reliable time management and prioritization skills.

Nice‑to‑have

• Experience creating templates and systems to scale output.
• Ability to build automation workflows across tools, for example using n8n, to reduce manual work and speed delivery.
