Join us as a Visitor Experience Executive at the Royal Selangor Visitor Centre and Royal Selangor Gallery, and unleash your marketing prowess to boost brand visibility and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. You’ll get to work closely with various teams to ensure every visitor leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft immersive experiences showcasing Royal Selangor's rich history, craftsmanship, and innovation, and improve the visitor journey for maximum satisfaction.
  • Implement and execute effective marketing strategies to draw crowds to the Visitor Centre and Royal Selangor Gallery, and manage shuttle bus service for a seamless customer experience.
  • Seek partnerships and forge relationships with relevant stakeholders, local businesses, hotels, cultural organisations and others, that boost Royal Selangor’s presence and values.
  • Create engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing materials.
  • Plan and execute events to attract visitors and promote the Royal Selangor Visitor Centre and Royal Selangor Gallery.
  • Dive into a data pool to analyse marketing and visitor data for campaign assessment and reporting.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Business/Marketing/Mass Communications, Tourism and Hospitality or any relevant field of study.
  • Have at least one (1) year of working experience in Marketing or in the Hospitality/Tourism/Event Management industry with a proven track record. Knowledge or exposure to customer experience and tourism industry trends are a plus.
  • Strong Excel and Digital Advertising skills (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Have a good command of both spoken and written English.
  • The ideal candidate is a quick learner and can work independently with minimal supervision.
