Job summary

A machinery manufacturing company in Malacca seeks a skilled Quality Inspector with expertise in Vision Measuring Machines (VMM). The role involves setting up VMM equipment, performing inspections of manufactured parts, and documenting findings. Candidates should have at least 2 years of QC experience, a high school diploma, and preferably a technical degree. Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of ISO standards are essential. This is a full-time position requiring both day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QC Inspector with expertise in using VMM machines.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar quality control role.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and calibration on VMM equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate VMM equipment to inspect components.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and work orders.
• Document inspection results and conduct root cause analysis.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and quality management systems.
