Job summary

The Reviva Cosmetology Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Videographer & Designer for SKS City Mall JBCC. You will craft engaging content, ideate concepts, and drive viewer attention across beauty brands with storytelling that converts.

Responsibilities include shooting and editing short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu, developing hooks, and repurposing shoots into multiple ad and organic variations while collaborating with the team on campaigns and content direction.

Qualifications

Experience in videography and video editing.
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content.
Comfortable using CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut
Able to work in a fast-paced, content-driven environment
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience attention
Strong instinct for viral-style content and trends
Able to structure videos with strong hooks and fast pacing
Proactive and always thinking of how to improve performance
Experience creating content for brands (beauty/lifestyle is a plus)
Understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour

Responsibilities

Create viral-style content for Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu
Produce short-form content including trends, transformations, educational, and behind-the-scenes videos
Conceptualise and edit video ads in UGC-style, testimonial, problem-solution, and promotional formats
Come up with content ideas, hooks, and storytelling angles
Develop strong hooks, storylines, and multiple content angles
Repurpose one shoot into multiple variations for testing across ads and organic channels
Film and edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut
Work closely with the team on campaigns and content direction
