Job description

We are hiring a disciplined, trustworthy VIP Customer Manager to handle our VIP customers, grow monthly sales, and protect client loyalty. This is a hybrid role with flexible working and occasional shop visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a VIP list of ~258 high-value customers
• Call/message customers daily, secure repeat orders, and understand their needs
• Coordinate orders with shop staff for fast packing and delivery
• Maintain customer notes, buying habits, and communication preferences
• Build and manage the WhatsApp VIP broadcast list
• Provide weekly updates on customers, competitors, and sales opportunities

KPIs

• Minimum 300k retail sales monthly (target 500k+)
• Consistent customer follow-ups and relationship building
