Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Videographer & Editor Intern who is creative, hands-on and eager to turn ideas into engaging social media content. You will work with our Marketing team to produce real content for our brand, learning the end-to-end process from idea to publish.

The role involves shooting short-form videos and photos for social platforms, editing with basic tools, and collaborating with a marketing team. Diploma/degree students with a portfolio are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree student or recent graduate in multimedia or related fields.
• Portfolio is mandatory.
• Interest in videography and social media content creation.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form videos and photos for social media.
• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other platforms.
• Assist with content planning, shooting, editing and delivery.
• Explore current trends and creative formats for new ideas.
• Brainstorm and collaborate with the Marketing team.
• Make content revisions based on feedback.
• Review basic content performance and engagement.
• Ensure content stays consistent with brand style.

We're looking for a Videographer & Editor Intern who is creative, hands‑on and excited to turn ideas into engaging social media content. You'll work alongside our Marketing team and gain practical experience creating real content for our brand.

What You'll Do

• Shoot and edit short‑form videos and photos for social media.
• Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other digital platforms.
• Assist with content planning, shooting, editing and final delivery.
• Explore current trends, hooks and creative formats for new content ideas.
• Brainstorm and collaborate with the Marketing team.
• Make content revisions based on creative feedback.
• Assist in reviewing basic content performance and audience engagement.
• Help ensure content stays consistent with our brand style and direction.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree student or recent graduate in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Media, Film/Video Production, Digital Media, Marketing or related fields.
• Interested in videography, video editing and social media content creation.
• Familiar with shooting using a camera and/or smartphone.
• Familiar with basic video editing tools.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a team and receiving feedback.
• Able to commit for at least 3 months.
• Proven portfolio is mandatory.
