Videographer / Content Creator (Short-Form Focus) - MRT Reachable
Full-Time | Creative Agency Environment

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on videographer and content creator to join our growing team. This role focuses heavily on short-form video content, especially Reels and social-first videos, while also supporting commercial video productions when needed. If you love storytelling, enjoy being behind the camera and in the edit suite, and stay up to date with social media trends — this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end production of short-form video content, especially Reels optimised for engagement

  • Support commercial video productions on an ad hoc basis

  • Manage photography, videography, video editing, and motion graphics for social media and digital ads

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content strategies and visual themes

  • Set up and operate video, photography, and lighting equipment (studio & on-location)

  • Conduct regular photoshoots and video shoots

  • Select shoot locations, direct subjects, and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines

  • Edit and retouch content using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or CapCut

  • Create eye-catching thumbnails and platform-optimised cuts for different social channels

  • Analyse content performance and continuously improve output

  • Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and platform changes

  • Support other creative or marketing initiatives when required

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and photography (agency or content-focused environment preferred)

  • A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, visual storytelling, and photography (required)

  • Highly creative with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) or CapCut

  • Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn content formats

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Experience producing lifestyle content or working with consumer brands (electronics, fashion, cosmetics) is an advantage

  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment

  • Passionate about storytelling and content creation

  • A team player with good organisation and communication skills

  • Owns a vehicle and is willing to travel to shoot locations
