Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in video editing, multimedia production, content creation, or related fields.
• Strong video-editing capabilities with a portfolio demonstrating actual production quality.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital content formats, and current trends.
• Competent in graphic design and image-editing software.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop ideas independently.
• Good communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to different creative and marketing requirements.
• Understands English, Chinese, and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content.
• Handle video editing, storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Develop promotional videos, social media reels, brand content, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain good visual and technical production standards.
• Adapt video content for different platforms and formats.
• Research social media trends, content formats, and audience interests.
• Develop content ideas and creative approaches for different brands and campaigns.
• Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Participate in content planning, preparation, and publishing.
• Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement.
• Create and edit graphic materials for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Participate in creative brainstorming, visual conceptualization, and campaign development.
• Translate creative directions and ideas into effective visual content.
• Adapt existing designs and visual assets across different formats.
• Maintain consistency in brand presentation and visual communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team on ongoing projects.
• Contribute ideas, research, and recommendations to improve content and campaigns.
• Manage assigned tasks and communicate progress effectively.
• Take initiative in identifying opportunities and improving production workflows.
• Explore relevant AI tools and technologies to enhance creative output and efficiency.
