Role Summary

We are looking for a Video Producer / Strategist who can bridge creative storytelling with strategic planning. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to craft compelling video content from concept to final output, while ensuring each piece aligns with client goals and performs effectively across digital and social platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to plan content strategies, manage production workflows, and deliver high-quality video assets that strengthen brand identity and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Campaign Planning
  • Work closely with client servicing to understand client briefs, marketing objectives, challenges, KPIs, competitors, and budget.
  • Develop creative content proposals tailored to client objectives and audience behavior across platforms.
  • Analyze market and competitor insights to identify content trends and opportunities.
  • Define content funnels, messaging pillars, and campaign roadmaps.
  • Propose platform-specific content formats and distribution strategies.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for each campaign.
  • Plan content budgets, resources, and production timelines.
Client Servicing & Communication
  • Communicate regularly with clients on content progress, feedback, and deliverables.
  • Address client requests, revisions, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Recommend new content directions based on performance and evolving trends.
Video Production & Execution
  • Participate in pre‑production: scripting, storyboarding, shot list planning, casting, and location coordination.
  • Lead or assist in production: camera operation, directing scenes, lighting setup, and on‑site shoot coordination.
  • Perform post‑production: video editing, color correction, sound enhancement, visual effects, and motion graphics.
  • Ensure video output quality meets creative direction and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with production and creative teams to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Schedule and publish content across selected platforms.
Quality Control & Optimization
  • Review content before publication to ensure quality, consistency, and relevance.
  • Monitor content performance, analyze results, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with campaign strategy and client expectations.
Reporting & Insights
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, including engagement metrics, audience behavior, and recommendations.
  • Conduct competitor watch and track industry content trends.
  • Present insights and improvement ideas in internal and client review meetings.
