Job summary

A leading automotive company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a passionate video content creator to manage and produce engaging video content for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma and a strong command of English. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, with skills in copywriting and a good understanding of the automotive industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job description

Your Day-to-Day

• Mainly responsible for the long & short video content creation for WapCar.my social media platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook and TikTok.
• Ideate, script and present video contents
• Produce original car-related content (car news, reviews, buying guides, etc.)
• Generate new and locally-relevant content for newly launched models based on users' needs.
• Assist with other ongoing projects from editorial team

Your Know-How

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any field.
• Proven portfolio(s) as a video host or similar role (preferably in automotive-related capacity). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong command in English is a must. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Comfortable in front of the camera and good presentation skills.
• Experience in copywriting and other media-related roles are an added advantage.
• Good understanding of cars and automotive industry and forward-thinking
• An ambitious, self-driven, and highly motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a valid driver's license.
