- Create and develop engaging TikTok and Instagram video content in line with company branding and marketing strategies.
- Optimize videos specifically for TikTok and Instagram platforms by leveraging current trends and understanding platform algorithms.
- Continuously monitor social media trends and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Propose improvements and creative ideas to increase content performance and viewer engagement.
- Produce creative, unique, and high-quality videos suitable for multiple social media platforms.

Job Description : Content Specialist
1. Content Creation & Direction
- Plan, script, and storyboard engaging video content tailored to each platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Collaborate closely with the video team to direct shoots and ensure the final output aligns with brand tone and creative objectives.
- Review first cuts of edited videos and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality and viewer engagement.
2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop actionable reports and insights, presenting recommendations to refine and evolve the content strategy.
3. Trend Research & Integration
- Stay up-to-date with platform-specific trends, formats, memes, and relevant cultural moments.
- Curate and distribute trending content via the Digital Management System (DMS) for team inspiration and reference.
- Seamlessly integrate relevant trends into the content strategy to boost engagement and reach.
4. Content Optimization
- Enhance video content for maximum visibility and interaction, in line with each platform’s algorithm.
- Leverage metadata, post timing, and other performance drivers to improve content results.
5. PUGC Management (Professionally User-Generated Content)
- Support the creation of high-performing, authentic, user-style content.
- Ensure all PUGC aligns with brand standards and meets overall content quality expectations.
Requirements : Video Editor
- Candidate with Professional Certificate, Diploma in Video Production / Film / Mass Communication / Creative Multimedia or equivalent are preferred.
- Require Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro OR Cap Cut
- Proficient in operating cameras for shooting high-quality video content as part of the video editing process.
- Experience in editing footage or at least familiarity of beauty products on TikTok would be an advantage.
- Familiar in latest social media trend and hot topics.
- Target-oriented and fast learner
Requirements : Content Specialist

- Understanding on the requirements and needs of local demographic on social media trends
- Good knowledge in skincare product would be advantage
