Charisma Lab Industries is seeking a creative Content Producer to craft video content about OEM product manufacturing, R&D, packaging, skincare and cosmetics. You will develop ideas that appeal to product founders and potential OEM customers, plan publishing calendars and coordinate with Marketing.

You should have 1–3 years in content creation, social media or video production, be proficient with Canva (Photoshop preferred), and able to shoot, light, record audio and frame scenes.

Qualificações

• Minimum SPM with strong portfolio; Diploma/Degree preferred in Multimedia, Marketing or Mass Communication.
• 1-3 years in content creation, social media or video production.
• Proficient with Canva; Photoshop preferred.
• Able to design weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Skilled in hooks, storytelling, CTAs and captions.
• Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and trends.
• Able to shoot, manage lighting, audio and framing.
• Good communication in Malay and basic English.
• Creative, proactive, disciplined and open to feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Produce video content about product manufacturing processes, R&D, packaging, skincare and cosmetics
• Develop engaging content ideas that interest product founders and potential OEM customers
• Prepare scripts, hooks, storyboards and captions
• Conduct shooting, editing and publishing of content
• Design monthly content calendars
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Manager on marketing campaigns
• Analyse content performance including views, engagement, enquiries and leads
• Ensure product and factory-related content complies with company guidelines and avoids unverified product claims
