Job summary

Pixalink is a Malaysian B2B SaaS company building a loyalty and CRM platform for brick-and-mortar businesses. As an Internship videographer/content creator, you will own the content engine, turning real wins and product demos into short-form video and social assets that drive engagement.

You'll shoot, edit, and publish content for brand campaigns, capture on-site footage at F&B outlets, retail stores, and other locations around Klang Valley, staying ahead of trends and collaborating with sales

Qualifications

• Portfolio of video content, preferably for a business/brand/client with measurable results.
• Strong video editing skills across CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut.
• Fundamental videography: lighting, audio, framing on mobile or camera.
• Ability to name 3 current formats and explain why they perform well for B2B content.
• Excellent written English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a bonus.
• Self-motivated in a small team; ownership mindset.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Multimedia, Film, or related, or self-taught with portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video for social platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn).
• Capture footage on-site at client locations around Klang Valley.
• Stay on top of trends and adapt formats to a B2B audience.
• Edit punchy, on-brand content with hooks, captions, pacing, and sound design.
• Write captions and hooks to engage business owners.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to transform customer stories into content.
• Track engagement metrics and feed insights into next rounds.
