We are inviting an experienced and mature education professional to take on the role of Kindergarten Principal. This position focuses on overall centre leadership, operational excellence, and maintaining high teaching standards while building strong relationships with parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the overall management and smooth running of the kindergarten
• Ensure a safe, structured, and high-quality learning environment at all times
• Implement and monitor operational procedures, academic standards, and internal guidelines
• Plan school calendars, class arrangements, and major events
• People & Team Management: Supervise, guide, and evaluate teachers and support staff
• Conduct staff planning, duty allocation, and performance reviews
• Support staff development through coaching and training
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and teamwork within the centre
• Parent & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for parents
• Handle feedback, concerns, and sensitive matters with professionalism
• Build trust and long‑term relationships with families
• Oversee enrollment processes, parent enquiries, and trial arrangements
• Assist in centre growth, student retention, and basic marketing activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping, reports, and documentation

Requirements
