We are a publicly listed company based in Hong Kong with an established PCB manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China. As part of our expansion plans, we are opening a new factory in Malaysia and are looking for an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager / Vice President to lead and manage our new production site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all factory operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Lead the production team, driving continuous improvement and meeting production targets.
• Coordinate with headquarters and other factories to align strategies and processes.
• Manage budgets, resources, and personnel effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Factory Manager or senior manufacturing manager, preferably in the PCB industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Cantonese or Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
• Willingness to work in Malaysia and manage a new facility startup.
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields is preferred.
