Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Oversee all finance operations including accounting, management reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement sound financial and accounting policies.
- Produce accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve operating margins.
- Collaborate with department heads for financial discipline.
- Lead credit control and collection processes.
- Build and retain a high-performing finance team.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including timely renewal of licenses.
- Develop and implement sound financial and accounting policies, internal controls, and best practices to safeguard company assets.
- Produce accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and analysis to support business decisions.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives, improve operating margins, and monitor key financial metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to strengthen financial discipline, forecasting, and performance management.
- Lead credit control and collection processes to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize bad debts.
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing finance team through talent development and succession planning.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and senior management on financial and compliance matters.
