  • Oversee all finance operations including accounting, management reporting, budgeting, and cost control across business units
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including timely renewal of licenses
  • Develop and implement sound financial and accounting policies, internal controls, and best practices to safeguard company assets
  • Produce accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and analysis to support business decisions
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives, improve operating margins, and monitor key financial metrics
  • Collaborate with department heads to strengthen financial discipline, forecasting, and performance management
  • Lead credit control and collection processes to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize bad debts
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing finance team through talent development and succession planning
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and senior management on financial and compliance matters
