A leading logistics company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking delivery personnel responsible for ensuring timely and condition-perfect parcel delivery. Applicants must hold at least an SPM certificate and possess a valid driving license, along with their own transportation. Experience in the logistics sector is preferred. This role emphasizes customer interaction and requires proficiency in managing payments and deliveries.
Responsible for delivery and receive parcels in assigned area according to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
Deliver parcels in perfect condition, not broken or damaged and on time.
Responsible for contacting customers to make an appointment for pick‑up and delivery of the parcels, manage customer payment of transportation (Cash on Delivery) and send to supervisor or cashier.
Verify and check the receiving‑delivering process to be completed via the Flash Kit system.
Perform other tasks by order of the supervisor.
