Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
• Handle customer feedback within operational guidelines.
• Inspect items and assess their value.
• Communicate policies of pawn and trade-in transactions.
• Perform pawn renewal and trade-in transactions.
• Handle cash and bank transactions per policies.
• Perform housekeeping of the store.
• Assist in stock handling and documentation.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
