Job summary

The Hershey Company in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Utilities Technician to ensure safe and efficient operation of plant utility systems, including HVAC, chillers, and water treatment.

You will monitor, inspect, and maintain equipment, support preventive maintenance, and document performance using SAP PM or CMMS. Collaboration with production and maintenance teams is essential to drive reliability and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS/SAP PM and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate utility and HVAC systems and perform routine inspections.
• Record operating parameters and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support timely restoration of performance.
