Job summary

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
• Experience in project management including cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Professional certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP) are a plus.
• Office environment with occasional site visits; ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Evening or weekend work may be required for maintenance or emergencies.
