A leading recruitment agency is looking for a seasoned sales professional to proactively source new clients primarily in the industrial and data centre sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of B2B sales experience and a strong ability to build client networks, prepare compelling presentations, and maintain effective communication. This role demands travel across Northern Malaysia and a drive to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Proactively source and engage new customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, industry events, referrals, and digital platforms.
Become well‑versed in company's infrastructure and data centre solutions, understanding customer needs and delivering compelling presentations, demos, and use‑case discussions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers to meet assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication, regular visits, and virtual meetings.
Work closely with technical support and product specialists to fulfil customer requirements effectively.
Oversee the full quote‑to‑delivery process to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within infrastructure, industrial, or data centre environments.
High drive for B2B sales, particularly in industrial and factory segments.
Organized, target‑driven, and motivated to exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
Ability to maintain a strong sales pipeline and track market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
Ideal for dynamic sales professionals passionate about building client networks, closing enterprise deals, and expanding market presence in a fast‑paced tech environment.
Willingness to travel frequently across Northern Malaysia.
