CBRE in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Shift Chargeman A0/A1 to maintain medium to large buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and help install or modify building equipment to keep systems running efficiently.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, competency in electrical and mechanical maintenance, and the physical ability to handle lifting and climbing.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of job-related experience.

• Meet the physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs or more).
• Basic MS Office skills and ability to interpret procedures.

Responsabilidades

About The Role

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician - Shift Chargeman A0/A1, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Need:

• Competent Chargeman A0/A1 with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Experienced with electrical & mechanical maintenance.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
