Job summary

A leading technology firm in Penang is seeking an experienced accountant. Responsibilities include managing tax declarations and liaising with auditors. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting and at least 3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for communication with HQ in China. This role requires strong accounting skills and familiarity with MFRS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing companies.
• Must have experience in E-Invoice implementation.
• Familiar with tax regulations and accounting standards in the MFRS.

Responsibilities

• Handle tax declaration work such as CP204, Form C, WHT.
• Liaise with auditors for annual audit communication and coordination.
• Collaborate with internal companies to manage inventory and reconcile transactions.

Job description

Monthly insurance of E-invoice and SST declaration

Handle tax declaration work such as CP204, Form C, WHT

According to MFRS (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards), accounting and report conversion

Liaise with auditors for annual audit communication and coordination

Collaborate with internal companies to manage inventory and reconcile transactions

Perform other duties assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, major in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing companies
• Must have experience in E-Invoice implementation
• Solid Accounting and Finance Skills. Familiar with tax regulations and accounting standards in the MFRS (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards), related PRC preferred
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with Kingdee / SAP / SQL
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate in Mandarin and English; Proficient in Mandarin is a must as need to liaise with HQ in China
