Job summary

Nissan Labuan is seeking a Car Sales Advisor on a contract basis to represent Nissan and deliver a memorable car-buying experience for customers. You will promote Nissan vehicles, manage leads, and strive to achieve sales targets in a busy labuan showroom.

The role requires 18+ years, a valid driving license, and the ability to work long hours. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and previous motor-trade sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Age 18 years and above with valid car driving license.
• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target driven and passionate in sales & services industry.
• Willing to work long hours.
• Able to work at the location as advertised.
• Sales experience in motor trade is an added advantage.
• Candidates with own transport are an added advantage.

Pay: Basic Salary + High Commission

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor, you will represent Nissan in providing customers with a memorable car‑buying experience. You will be responsible for promoting Nissan vehicles, managing sales leads, and achieving sales targets.

Promote and drive sales of Nissan cars.

Participate in road shows, sales activities, and launching events.

Manage the daily sales prospecting.

Comply with the company’s guidelines and procedures.

Provide a consistently high level and memorable customer service.

Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the branch sales target.
