Responsibilities

• In charge of promoting banking products within bank branches.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank customers to support upselling opportunities and deliver professional financial advisory services.
• Participate in sales and marketing events organized at the bank.
• Provide after-sales support for policy servicing, including assistance with payment methods, plan modifications, trustee appointments and top-ups.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree qualification.
• SPM holders are required to have a minimum of 5 passes and at least 3 years of working experience in sales.
• Must enjoy meeting new people and be comfortable with canvassing for sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is an added advantage.
