Urgent! Customer Service Executive (Fresh Grad Welcome)

Industry: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / Customer Support – serving international markets.

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email, using Mandarin and English to liaise with the China market.
• Provide professional support and guidance to international clients, ensuring high-quality service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company SOPs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and service targets.
• Engage in continuous learning with fun training and fast career progression opportunities.

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Support Channel: Phone & Email (inbound)

Training: 4 weeks – fun, interactive, and hands‑on

Qualification: Minimum SPM
