UP TO RM7K | Motion Graphic Designer (2025 Intake)

The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for producing engaging visual content across digital platforms, combining design, animation and storytelling to bring ideas to life. This role will also collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop animations, visual effects and multimedia content that elevate brand messaging across various platforms.

📍 Location: Subang Jaya, USJ 1, Selangor (Fully Onsite)

What You'll Do:

• Create dynamic and static ads for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Design visual effects using tools that include graphic design, compositing, UI design, animation, graphic illustration, title design, and motion graphics.
• Concept design, animate and edit 2D and 3D content for client.
• Ensuring synchronization of frames and audio.
• Read scripts, storylines or briefs to understand animation requirements.
• Edit video footage and motion graphics composition.
• Willing to take on ad hoc tasks as required.
• Employ creative thinking to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
• Keep updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into your designs.

What You'll Need:

• Preferably possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Preferably possess at least 1 year of professional experience in motion graphics or multimedia design.
• Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Cloud; Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and 3D software).
• Experience and knowledge with 3D software, such as Cinema 4D and DaVinci Resolve is an added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and technical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creative thinking and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently as part of a team.
