Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to provide sales & advisory to existing & new clients based on their financial needs for:
- Lending Domain (Mortgage, ASB Financing & SME)
- Wealth Management Domain (Investment & Protection)
- Cross-selling other products under CFS
- Responsible for processing and submission of loan application for approval, and closely follow-up on the acceptance until disbursement of Mortgage, ASB Financing and SME Financing.
- Responsible and ensure quality of sales application process within stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Be guided by Certified Financial Planner (CFP) rules & regulations in providing investment advisory to customers.
- Participate in sales launches, marketing activities and data mining for potential customer and source for new business.
- To maintain and uphold service standards set by the management and uphold corporate responsibility at all times.
- Take proactive/ preventive measures to enhance asset quality.
- Continuously establish and enhance relationship with the local communities in or within the business areas.
- To attend to all leads provided by branch/ center staff.
Job Requirements
- Broad knowledge of Maybank’s products (i.e. Mortgage, ASB Financing, Investment, SME Loan, etc.)
- Possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build relationship with various people at all levels.
- Able to think creatively, result oriented and high performance driven.
- Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, independent and a good team player & excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must fully understand the product features and life style needs & have strong balance of relationship management, customer and result orientation.
- Added advantage for those who have these licenses: FIMM, IPPC, PCE, CEILI, TBE
- Possess good marketing and selling skills with strong command of written and spoken English.
- High self-confidence, energetic, pleasant personality.
