Job description

To supervise team in sell/promote Credit Cards & Aeon Member Plus Card product.

To assist manager to plan marketing strategies, campaign and key initiatives for direct sales team.

To ensure DS budget are met and responsible in ensuring region to be profit-oriented.

To assist manager to recruit DS team and involve in recruitment process of direct sales staff.

To monitor and review the team sales productivity and progress.

To conduct post-mortem review on direct sales tam past strategies and campaign.

Requirements:

• BachelorDegree preferably in Marketing or in a related field
• 3-4 years direct experience in Direct Sales Team.
• Capable of working independently and in a team, flexibility to work in fast-paced, lean environment
• Proven track record of developing and coaching high performance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
